Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), which is hosted in Google Cloud infrastructure. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users only.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep your credentials confidential.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted third parties that help us operate the platform (e.g. Firebase/Google Cloud). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
